Descriptif du poste

Your mission is to guarantee the satisfaction of our users. If you want to have happy users, you need to have a product without bugs. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is 0 bug identified by our users.

Your responsabilities

  • Analyse and challenge user stories in collaboration with product and engineering teams to make sure they are testable.

  • Write and execute all tests scenarios for the different components of our product: Mobile App, Web Platform and API.

  • Execute regression tests before each release

  • Reduce QA debt by detecting and tracking software defects and inconsistencies

  • Be responsible for monitoring and the improving of the test coverage of your product area.

  • Identify bottlenecks and make suggestions to improve and support the testing lifecycle

  • Help support team to diagnose and reproduce sophisticated customer bugs.

Profil recherché

Essential skills

  • Experience of working in a manual testing role in a software environment, developing and executing tests to validate system functionality against specifications.

  • Ability to detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.

  • Able to produce high-quality test plans, documentation and reports as required.

  • Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies

  • Good knowledge of quality standards and best practice.

Desirable

  • Experience with automated testing tools for web applications, for Example CucumberJS, Appium, Webdriver.io

  • ISTQB Certified

Your profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role

  • Tenacious, energised and motivated with a high level of commitment and passion towards

  • Strong team player with ability to work within an Agile / Scrum framework.

  • Willingness to support other team members to support team goals.

  • Solution orientated with a positive, can-do attitude and an ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills.

  • Strong technical, analytical and problem solving-skills

Process de recrutement

  • First call of 30 minutes with the Head of Product to get to know each other

  • A second interview in which:

  • You present a use case you will have prepared at home

  • You have a presentation and demonstration of our product

  • You meet a few other members of the team!
